Sunday February 19th, 2-5pm at the Ashland Yoga Center Deepen your soul connection, merging breath, intent, movement and touch in a nurturing heart space. You will be guided through a creative flow of standing, seated and aerial partner postures that can be modified for varying levels of skill and flexibility. You will also get a taste of Eastern-style bodywork to further the journey of relaxing, opening and merging with the touch and breath of your partner. All levels of experience are welcome.
