Partner Yoga and Pregnancy Massage

Class will be offered August 28th from 1:30-5:00 at the Ashland Yoga Center.  Please preregister to hold your spot in class.  $65 early bird registration until August 21st, after that, the price is $75 per couple.

Deepen your soul connection, merging breath, intent, movement and touch in a nurturing heart space. You will be guided through a creative flow of simple yoga, breath and movement. You will learn supportive postures and helpful pressure points for labor, and we will guide you through a relaxing full body massage sequence, designed to help you melt away tension and drop into a sweet intimate space together.
