Your own personal practice, something to come home to
 Those "aha!" moments come every so often on the journey of deepening yoga practice. The voice of the teacher appears in your mind, just as a sensation never experienced before in the body makes perfect sense. "Aha!"  Your personal practice is the essential piece for guiding you into these moments, but time with your teacher one on one can speed up the process of understanding. Â
In your private session, Sheryl will guide you through some basic movement and observe how you are in your body. She will design a personal practice geared toward bringing balance into your body and life. Through touch, example, and imagery, she will teach you to deepen your breath, release chronic holding and strengthen your core to find balance. Your ongoing private classes can be rigorous and drop into exploration of challenging postures, such as inversions and arm balances, or you might keep it simple and have a routine of breath and movement which deepens with awareness.
