We practice yoga to reawaken our strength, while learning to be flexible and playful with the babies. We bring awareness back into our own bodies, releasing stored tensions from pregnancy, the birth experience, baby holding, and constant distraction. In this class you will rediscover (or discover for the first time!) your core strength. The stretching and breathing feel incredible, and the babies' attention is captivated by our songs, colorful scarves and playful movements.Â
You will also learn exercises to practice with your little ones to cultivate their coordination and development, and helpful movements for colicky babies, gassy babies, fussy babies, and happy babies!
Classes are offered at the Ashland Yoga Center on the corner of A and 4th St.
